Problem With YepFans

I had purchased their service a few time. The first time it was a good experience so i ordered again.. this time their service was working and they asked me to wait.. i waited for more than 7 days and they did not bother to reply my ticket.. I also contacted them on skype and they replied after 7 days then again 2 3 days .. i got fedup and asked for refund but they didnt want to refund me.. As they could not deliver the service after waiting for so many days, and not giving me my money back i opened a paypal dispute.. and they suspended my account.. They cant provide the service , they do not want to reply and then they suspend my account.. They did deliver the service after i guess 2 days of paypal dispute.. But i did not need their stupid service, they claim to say real likes but all they provide is bot likes. Not a single profile likes any status.. They should change their title to fake likes.. I did not want their stupid service after waiting for so many days and opening a paypal dispute, still they wanted to just complete the order and not give the money back.. and i m here for the mods to help.. Now the dispute is gonna close on june 3 2017 .. please let me know what to do ? should i escalate it to paypal ? amount is $10

All open paypal dispute .. I had opened a dispute and yesterday they replied to paypal with order id.. i have escalated it to paypal and also mentioned their thread link and explained them that these scammers are running away with other clients money as well.. So please all should open a paypal dispute tou sieze their paypal account and get your money back.

I placed 3 orders using a trial balance, 1 is still showing processing from 2 months back, the other 2 showed as completed - However there's no increase in the views or likes on the 2 marked as completed.

I am back. I had a personal problem that took me 7 days. Very Urgent. Even thought I had one agent working. I will be checking all problems these days. 48-72h doing refunds/fixing. SORRY TO ALL THE USERS. I am back now. So if everyone can give me sometime to see all issues. Will be fixied. Please affected users send me a PM. To review their accounts.

You should change the title of his sell thread, it's written "YEPF**.COM"

I think I am scammed too, I spent something like 1000$ and support don't answer anymore on skype, and all my last orders didn't start since 7 days and more.
I openned 2 disputes on paypal for 300$ (Not more, cause the firsts orders was delivered), cause I lost many customer on my panel, and as I said, if he don't accept the dispute and I have to wait a month cause of paypal, I will open dispute for all my deposits.

My username on yepfans is the same than on BHW.

@I know SEO sir please kindly solve our issues with the seller as in my case seller does not want to refund. My paypal dispute is still going on and paypal team is reviewing it. Please sort my problem with this seller as he is trying his best not to refund my money.

Order "started" 20 days ago, asked what was wrong and was told i only needed to put the username and he would contact the devs so they could cancel. hasn't been cancelled, and all i get back is "sorry, the devs havent responded"
so i disputed on paypal.

You have completely ignored the OP here, @babarali124

They have paid money for services they have not received.

Can you refund the OP along with everyone else that has a complaint in this thread ASAP please?

I will give you 72 hours, if people have not received a refund by then you will be banned from BHW.

Your service has huge issues and the way you have handled this is unacceptable. It's too late to fix things, please refund.

If he wants to lose his account over from what I can see a fairly low amount of money then so be it.
