Problem with user REAL EMAIL ID

I was looking for someone to create AdWords accounts (as per my WTB here - https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/wtb-adwords-accounts.969612/)

@REAL EMAIL ID responded and we had a discussion via PM here and then via Skype (he added me)






$45 was agreed and paid by me for the account. @REAL EMAIL ID received payment via BTC and confirmed receipt.





The account was provided on 11 September.



The account was suspended as soon as I submitted a campaign, but the actual campaign was eventually approved.



@REAL EMAIL ID raised a support ticket with Adwords, but did they did not reactivate the account. @REAL EMAIL ID agreed to give me a refund for the account.



According to the Adwords account, Google refunded @REAL EMAIL ID on 22 September



@REAL EMAIL ID claimed he contacted Adwords support about the refund, but the Gmail account shows no outgoing emails or contact with support



I have tried multiple times to get a refund from @REAL EMAIL ID without success







I did not want to raise a Shit List over $45, but I think I have given @REAL EMAIL ID more than enough chances to process the refund.

I received $9 this morning via Paypal



And the rest should be received within 2-3 days



If @REAL EMAIL ID had been honest and told me had issues paying, then I would have tried to work something out or used the $45 to buy some social media accounts from him with the balance.

It was taking to much time because of adwords. Normally it take 7 days to refund but in my case take 21 days. After i got refund from adwords I want to pay direct from card but from card to pay op takes too much fee. So i decide to pay from paypal as family and friend.

I'm not going to split hairs over the remaining $5 as you told me you lost something out of this yourself.
