Problem with new website SEO

This is my first time encountering such a situation. My site for example xyz.pl is not the first in Google after entering xyz in search. I did some backlinks, the page is optimized, pagespeed has a high score.

The page is only on the second page of google, and in the first places are some crap sites. What could be wrong?

That happens most of the time with new sites. Google doesn't hate your site, but it's not ranking it because it doesn't have much authority. And ask yourself, do you really win something if you rank for xyz.pl?

Thanks for the answer. Yes, we care about the first position on the name of our domain, because we start marketing through social media.
