Hey guys, I've got a website with about 100-150 Uv per day but It can't seem to make me any $$ yet.

The website is in learning niche & i make really short posts together with a youtube video & then I've also written a few pages with up to 1000 words, all unique.

I setup 2 affiliate programs & set a banner on top & one on the side. I also tried putting up large banners just before the posts to no avail.

So I tried to apply to adsense maybe I'll get something from there but adsense got disapproved saying invalid site content after one week of review.

Next thing I tried was replacing the youtube videos with an image which links to a content locked video(Users are desperate to watch the videos).

I didn't do this on all the posts so I could test if it would convert before doing this on all the posts. Not even 1 conversion yet, then again the youtube video ID appears in the URL so maybe I could try to hide that & see if it works.

I'm trying to experiment with monetization methods here but maybe you have some suggestions for me.

I had the same problem at first, its hard to tell you what to do without knowing the niche. Have you tried infolinks They basically are the same (and sometimes perform better) than adsense. They are text links within certain keywords on your site. Whatever happens dont give up :D

It really depends on the niche. You may want to add an AR and capture emails and try and monetize them thru good follow up info emails as well.

If not, take what you've learned here, and start another site in different niche.
