Hello,

I have a problem with @JMSSEOSERVICE about an AdWords BH campaign.

You can see our conversation:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/direct-messages/blackhat-campaigns.30689432/#convMessage-35612284

The problem is that I asked if his threshold accounts could do BH campaigns. He said yes, at an extra fee, from €120 to €150.

I agreed after he said that the campaign was going to be run by some guy who takes care of a NEW service he is going to offer regarding BH campaigns.

He refused to accept my ad copy and just asked to provide a list of keywords and my affiliate URL.

I asked if he would like to have my affiliate link naked, or if he would prefer that I purchase a domain and redirect my affiliate link from there.

He said that he was going to ask his ad guy about it.

12 hours later, his BH ad guy didn't know how to cloak my affiliate link, therefore no answer.

That made me feel really uncomfortable. I don't believe they know what they are doing and are just improvising.

I don't have access to the account. I don't know what ad copy they'll use, nor if they know how to cloak my affiliate link to make it work.

Therefore, I asked him to stop and send back my payment.

He refuses to do so, or deduct a €60 fee for doing NOTHING.

In addition to our conversation in the forum, this is a copy of our discussion on Telegram.

Hope you can do something about it.

Thanks

I rest my case totally on the attached Telegram conversation between me and the buyer.

From the get-go, I had already mentioned that all we needed was his URL and Keywords. The Ad Copy would be done by my blackhat specialist (For obvious reasons because Google Ads take the Ad Copy seriously, if even a scent of blackhat is involved, the entire account is dead).
After a lengthy setup process (our specialist compiles and runs campaigns on a daily schedule), I asked for his URL and till now he refuses to supply me with a URL to start our campaign.

He then demands a refund although technically we're not obliged to do so, as he did not provide a URL for us to start with in the first place. Costs have also been incurred by us as we pay our Blackhat Specialist to setup accounts etc specifically for him.
I then offered to refund him provided $60 be deducted for our costs (Again, we didnt need to do so).
He then threatens to raise a complain here, which i just said "Okay".

I leave it to BHW team to fairly adjudicate this matter.

-------------------------------

You paid $60 to a blackhat specialist who cannot answer my question regarding my URL?
You are making this up to steal my money for doing nothing.
I don't feel confident about your made-up excuse. You behave like amateurs, and who knows what the results of the campaign might be. Fake clicks? Wasted ad spend on YouTube videos?
You have delivered NOTHING but doubts about your "specialist" not answering my URL request so far. Not even today.

This is what I can offer.
I'll share my affiliate link. They run the BH campaign, and after the campaign has ended, we both, me and the mod, will see the results on the threshold account. Meanwhile, this thread remains open.
I reserve the right to post that experience, whether it is positive or negative, when he starts his new BH campaign management sales thread.
Alternatively, I get my money back, and the discussion ends.

@JMSSEOSERVICE, your thoughts on this compromise?

@JMSSEOSERVICE, your thoughts on this compromise?

@BassTrackerBoats It seems that JMSSEOSERVICE has gone out of thoughts.
Either he starts my BH campaign with its consequences, or send my money back and continue selling his not BH accounts as he has so far.
What is not going to happen is that he keeps my money for free.
What are you going to do about it?

@JMSSEOSERVICE, the 60.00 you spent is just the cost of doing business and not something a buyer should pay unless it is a line item in your contract with them.

In that I do not see that they are responsible for the 60.00 per the contract, you owe the accuser a refund in the amount of 60.00.

@GenesisOne, please DM your USDT address to @JMSSEOSERVICE and add me into that DM exchange.

@BassTrackerBoats I paid 175 USDT (see Binance my transfer) for nothing.
I cannot see if @JMSSEOSERVICE has been around lately, but you can.
Not sure if he is going to come back. He most likely will choose to disappear.

You didn't get everything back but the 60.00?

@BassTrackerBoats, @JMSSEOSERVICE said that if I wanted a refund, he would deduct 60 USDT because his BH specialist "didn't do anything" expenses.
It's all there in our Telegram conversation. Didn't you read it?
I have not received anything. Not a BH campaign, not any kind of refund.
It would be wise to close his sales thread until he replies.

I missed it.

Good help is just plain hard to find, apparently.

@JMSSEOSERVICE - you owe them a full refund.

It would be wise to close his sales thread until he replies.

Thye have been closed for a day or two already.

By the way, he already knows my USDT address to make my refund, which is also there in our conversation.
He's got a day to pay... that is pretty standard in this neck of the woods so give him that time please.
