Are you talking about the browser or fingerprint antidefect version?
I had the same issue. In my case it was likely the proxies cuz I wasn't using static ones. However, if they get blocked I'd just send an appeal and 8/10 times it'd get approved after 2 days. Tho I'd have to do phone verification again which is kinda costly for multiple accounts. I think saving cookies would be a good way to go.
