Problem with Amazon's phone pin verification.

The issue was that the Chrome didn't render the dial pad, so I saw blank square on that place. After a few refreshes and clearing the browser cache everything works as expected.

I'm having this same problem for a two weeks now. While some of you did use USA number to verify, did you use your real address. Isn't it conflicting? Can u change the number back to your original country once it is done so it does not look weird in Amazon associate account. Im really thinking to call them first to get this done. Don't want to get the account in trouble just because of using USA number. Any suggestion guys, Im almost pulled out my hair over this little problem.

I haven't had problems with using a different phone number. I don't think amazon is so strict with phone number location and your location. Heck you can even register a different address but log in to your account from another location and wont have any problems. (I'm not saying you should do that)
 
Hello guys while amazon calling me i cant click the dialpad why? the dialpad and new call icon are same right? pls help
 
Textnow simply works.. if someone is having error it must be of chromes rendering.. refresh chrome multiple times.. or use some other browser.. works like a charm.
 
I am unable to signup on textnow all i see is Unknown error - Please try submitting again. If the problem continues contact Customer Care for assistance.

I didn't activate my Amazon account yet using this, but I was able to receive a call from them and successfully enter the pin - it's just that I already spent my activation attempts on that time and decided to try later. But it really seems that it works. Will post here later with final verdict.

Thank you! Amazon can call textnow but everytime I enter the pin displayed in my browser the automated call keeps saying wrong pin. Lol. But will try again later. Thank you!

Download please app textnow on your smartphone. In such way you will be able to finish Identity Verification. In case, if you get a message in your App Store that your phone is not compatible with this app or you did not find app it in your Play Srore or App Store at all please find textnow.apk (for Android) or textnow.ipa (for iPhone) in Internet.
 
If you have problems Signing/Logging into the textnow website, you probably are outside USA in some country that is blocked for some reason. I had the same problem(always errors when signing), I just turned on my VPN to USA location and the textnow site started working. I hope this helps. :)
 
I have tried to sign up for textnow, but ironically there was an "Unknown Error" and I couldn't. If anyone here is struggling with this, I found a solution:
Sign up at tollfreeforwarding.com with a free trial and add your actual phone number. What this service does is to provide you a US number that forwards all incoming calls to the number you specify (a.k.a your real number).
I managed to receive the call that way and complete my registration. Good luck guys!

I just did the same as Bstuffer here and confirm success with the Amazon registration phone call. The keypad/Dial pad is located on the right hand of your screen close to the top. Huge thanks to Bstuffer here for figuring this one out.
 
Old topic but the same problem. I am not able to do phone validation.
First of all I have tried to register on my real Lithuanian IP and Lithuanian phone number. I got the error message that phone is bad or something.
Than I used dedicated proxy IP (USA) and GrooVeIP app to get a call to USA phone number. I get a call and enter the pin. The voice says that verification is successful but on the page I get error message "Sorry. We are having difficulty in completing the verification. Please try again." I tried 3 times and always the same error

i already had this probleme now i use authenticator (App Apple) to connect to Amazon
 
last 3 days I survived the problem same problem. if I using others country number then what happed the verification in next time.
any suggestion.
