Problem with ads payment method

I added my card to FB and added some prepaid funds successfully, then launched some campaigns , but for my latest campaign, when i cancelled it , after few days Facebook says you should pay $1.5, and limited my ads account for this one dollar.
I couldn't use my card anymore, i tried different cards from different banks , tried to change my ip also my friend from other country tried but all cards will get declined. Today i tried wise card too and it declined but in wise history shows that fb checked the card.
I tried to use paypal but it say you should add card and again it won't accept my card.
I talked with the fb support and they say you should pay! And change the method...

What do you think? What should I do

If you are having trouble with Facebook payments you might need to reach out to facebook support for help. Make sure to tell them about the $1.5 charge and your limited account. Let them know you have tried different cards changed your IP address and even had issues with your wise card. Ask them why all your payment methods are being declined. If facebook still wants payment your might have to pay the $1.5 to get back into your account. See if facebook support can suggest other ways to pay. Don't let a small fee stop you from launching your product if it is really good.

I think you often pay 1.5 dollars to Facebook because I think you just need to add another card, or your account has an error with the payment method.
 
Yes connect with their support and try credit card, it has to be under your name or it will to suspicious payment
 
It seems your card was added to too many accounts, and that account was also declined,
 
try fresh new card and use it. if that doest help try to reach their support.

Thanks for your suggestions but as mentioned earlier, I've done all these before.
FB support couldn't help.
I tried different cards, wise giving me daily fresh cards and none of them didn't help.
 
As you said and analyzed, I think your account has been added too many times or you can check by adding the tag to another ad account to verify the error.
 
Card verification error due to adding too many times. You should wait about 2 days then add the card again
 
I would advise you to get a fresh Facebook account and start your adverts again.

BUT everything must also be fresh.

> Fresh card for payment
> Fresh Facebook account (Business Manager and Facebook page)
 
do you run whitehat ads or blackhat ads?
did you check ip of your location and currency too.
do they match.?
sometimes that can be problem.
i know you said you were using it but some how currency change .
also try with 4g proxy too.
 
Leave it for a few days and do nothing
then go back and try adding your payment method again, preferably using a payment card you've never used before
If it still doesn't work, it's usually because you've added too many before and the AI mistakenly thinks it's spam and thinks that account can no longer be used.

Yes, I think your payment card has been restricted. In my opinion, you should change to a new account and use it
 
Your account probably has payment withhold error due to adding cards too many times.
Change to another account with a fresh card and see if it works.
 
Some steps and suggestions you can take to resolve this situation: Resolve the $1.5 debt requested by fb, contact fb support, try another payment method, change address IP address and account information, check and update payment information, check with your bank

I think the problem lies in your advertising account, you can contact facebook support for assistance.

Have you solved this problem? I guess you have but I wonder what people should do if they run into a that kind of problem.
