Problem with ads payment method

I think the problem lies with your card, you can contact your bank to check

Have you tried with another account?
 
Have you tried a credit card yet? If Facebook support has no other suggestions, you may have to pay $1.50 to get your account back. Don't let a small fee get in the way of your work
 
Does your card have to be added to multiple accounts? check to see if any of those accounts are being rejected? Try using a new tag or adding the tag to another ad account to verify the error
 
Just follow the support department's instructions and change the card to see if the payment is successful

I think there is a problem with your payment card and country, that's why many advertisers choose to use account rental service. You won't have to worry about anything else, just focus on your campaign.
 
hold off on adding more payment method for the next 2 - 3 days. after that, try adding new, preferably ones u haven’t used before

Switch to a new account. You shouldn't try to add multiple cards to one account.
 
since your account is severely flagged, the $1.5 was just a coincidence at the time the account was about to be banned, the bigger issue is that Fb has flagged your account as high risk for payment or suspicious behavior.

facebook is crazy now maybe your account has been converted to prepaid account
