Problem myprivateproxies

    good morning .. I want to ask you something.

    I buy a list of 50 proxies in myprivateproxy.net My problem is that proxies do not work ...

    I have sent ticket but do not respond. Someone can tell me if this company is a scam ?

    probably they missed it.

    Try to contact multiple times and see if their any response.

    Search on web if you found any of their official sales thread on any forum etc.

    I got in touch with them on 31 August. I have not had any reply. It is the second company that fails me. I opened paypal dispute to get my money.

    never head about that seller :) you have try maybe they're ans you or maybe they're already reply to you
    check your email spam folder . some times its happened sellers email message land on buyer email spam folder :)

    ohh i see that's really sounds bad.

    Not sure why companies does that better to go with a company which have Money back guarantee ;)

    I've been struggling with the same issue from them. They never delivered on the proxies and won't respond to the support tickets. I looked at them before ordering and thought they had a fairly good reputation. Will dispute with PayPal if they don't respond by tomorrow. I've reached out 3 times already.

    you are aware my private proxy selling on bhw is for payed members with a sales thread
    approved by a mod . u gotta be a vip member to have a sales thread or a donor
    to link your product in your sig, just be careful

    I have heard there ok , have you gone to there
    Dashboard to add your current ip so the dns proxies no it you that owns the 50 proxies.

    Have you set your self up correcly?

    I understand you likely have several tickets to work and you are welcome for my patience. But please understand that one should not overextend themselves to the point that they cannot service their customers in a timely manner. To allow them to go several days without service nor even response does not promote the idea of adequate, let alone, good customer service. That is really important when promoting a service that requires a reoccuring monthy fee, right?

    I'm willing to assume this is a "one off" situation and move forward with resolving my ticket, thus withdraw my most recent request to refund my order and cancel this service. However, I do require access to my account within the next 24 hours. My response in the ticketing system includes screen shots of my invoice and the proxies, user, and PW. I will watch my email for a response. Thank you.
