Problem after changing hosting

Hello

I am facing some after changing host and hope someone can give advice for solving it

I changed hosting for one of the site which is in multi-language. Some of the media files I uploaded before was not in English. With old host it was displaying those files. With new host the non-english character files are not displaying and I cannot access them.

Is there any option other then uploading all those files again with english file names?
