Probably an Ahrefs Trick You Didn't Know About

I get tons of ideas and content rewrites from this method. Works a charm. Worth playing around with number of links to page filter as well, as you can often find decent targets from higher DR sites with zero page links, and still easy KW's for niche sites.
What do you think of pages with high traffic and also less than 5 backlinks(sometimes 0), from high DR sites? Let's authority websites, does it make any sense to target the keywords those pages are ranking for? If yes, what strategy do you recommend?

You will find only hi DA domains and wont beat them even if you add 100s of backlinks to your site

I've always wondered how much it would take to outrank a low UR result coming from a high DR.

Nice sharing, I will try it, thanks very much

As a lot of people have mentioned, I don't think this method itself will work, unless you filter out the higher DA

Depending on the DA of your site, filter for that, or slightly higher if you feel you've got better content.

Look at the articles that rank, I then usually put the URL in SEMRush, find the top few ranking keywords, Google them and look at the avg DR of the first page.

Then use a bit of common sense, if the article you've found is ranking for "best cars" and every SERP has it in their title, and all of them apart from the original website you looked at are 90+ DR, it's not an easy SERP. (Red flag that it's a PBN)

If you see it's not commonly used in the titles, not targetted very well and the site you've found isn't the only low DR on the SERP page, it's likely not competitive.

this is really difficult, currently, many junk web links are generated that scrape content. and the links are not of quality, I would add to the filter the DA

AHREFs has a youtube channel and you can get lots of tricks by going over their videos

The 1st result here has low DR, low UR and few backlinks. This would be a sign of hidden PBN?

So basically I would find new topic ideas from the blog post listed and then I would emulate the content, make it better and expect traffic to come in. Nice!
