I used pritell for two months : Rather one month and 29 days and here is my experience with them.
There was a lot of downtime in the 1st month but then I was given a story about a death in the family so I went along.
Next month:
Server goes down at least once a week and it takes them 1 day on an average to fix it. Did not get more than 30 Mbps at any time most often it was lower ( I checked randomly)
The 2nd month round I upgraded to the 1 GB package as I thought that would speed up the server, but no the server remained extremely slow .
I cancelled the recurring upgrade a day prior to expiry and surprisingly my VPS account was deleted even though I was paying my basic subscription.
I received only two replies from Mike that each after a two day gap:
1st Reply stating that I had not paid my subscription.
When I sent him proof that the subscription had been paid two days later he responded with a cock and bull story of email spam from my account.
He would not respond to at least 5 emails I sent him requesting him to at least pull my data out .
I lost all the 2 months data I had stored and the two months of time spent in running the vps and have had to file a dispute with paypal for the recurring subscription amount paid for the 3rd month .
My recommendation "STAY THE HELL AWAY".
After running the VPS for 2 months I have nothing to show for it except time wasted.
