We offer two distinct services: IP addresses and shared hosting for those who need it.
IP addresses do not come with hosting, and you can point them to any hosting account you like. So, if you already have a hosting account somewhere, you don't need to buy hosting.

There is also a getting started wizard that will guide you after you sign up.
