prevent negative SEO

Hi,
I just bought an aged domain and I'm starting to see rankings,
however, there I can see on top 3, sites that are owned by the same person(checked whois)

I'm afraid that once I get to first page, he will start to negative SEO my site and all the work will be lost.
is there a way to overcome this problem?

The only way to really prevent it is to build a authority brand site
 
But I've heard that usually the disavow tool doesn't work very well and if it does, it takes really long time to get the ranking back..

By building high authority site, does it lower the chances of being affected from mass spam?

I believe you can't. Disavow links is like trying to safe a sinking ship with a bucket.
I belive only way is to build strong pr links to your site.

but op you should just keep going.. because if you build quality link then it might be okay and not breakable when or if he does neg seo to u

If there isn't a way to prevent it, then the best way to to build many sites on different niches, so the hit wouldn't be so hard on the overall earnings?

Depending on your niche, the hit is too hard for most guys to employ.

You cant just take down someones site by blasting it with lots of crappy links it takes a lot more effort than that.

Lots of people report their site has been blasted with thousands of viagra,kamagra links but it doesnt affect the rankings. Just build your site and dont worry about it.

There's no need to worry about negative SEO as long as you are building a quality site. If you notice any bad links to your site, you can disavow them as they come in.

Sounds really nothing if you want to prevent neg seo, because the best authority links are impossible to buy.

Exactly, do not be scared of something you do not yet happened. At the moment prevent the negative seo is not possible.
The only thing you can do is blast positive when someone is blasting negative.
 
Think of it this way, if negative SEOing someone's website were as easy as blasting links, then everyone would just band together to deindex the top website and then negative SEO each other for the top spot. The SERPs would have a new top website every day if that were the case. Now, if a competitor breaks into your website and deletes your files, that's a different story.
 
I don't think anyone could prevent neg seo, unless u r in a niche that attracts no competition.
 
nseo that you are worried about only exists in these noob BST/Fiverr gigs and they are worthless.

Nseo as you understand it does not exist.
 
Just Monitor your backlinks and if he fuckily blast your website with shitty links, then don't worry.... Just contact me. i'll help provide him with 6 million each porn anchor text links from everywhere and anywhere shitty.
