Prettier Visual Studio applications?

Hi all.

I'm having success with making functional bots and the like with VB.NET via Visual Studio.

What I'm NOT having success with, however, is creating anything that's aesthetically pleasing. Are there any resources for Windows Program design? Templates, tips, or anything of that nature?
