I have tried everything i could, I just wanna go with whitehat as much as possible to save my site. I used BH before for my other sites and it worked well, But in this sites i don't wanna take risk.

Read that press release is good indeed, Share your thoughts is it really working now? i mean sbWire is okay?

Press release sites with high traffic and high PR are good for traffic and SEO purpose.

Focus high quality PR sites.

I use press releases a bunch for not only my clients' sites but mine also. It is a good way to generate direct traffic when you get it listed in G News as well as a decent naked backlink. Like any SEO, do not rely only on them though as that will not get you the kind of benefit that an all around SEO package would do.

Here, i will use only premium press release submission sites to get more traffic.. And also i will try for some free submission sites in that most of the sites are removed the articles within a month. So we want to focus on High Quality Press Release sites....

Op! Yes, it works well at the moments -- Submit into High PR site that have decent value.

PR doesn't have the same power it once had

BUT

PR is something that alot of people don't do - so it gives you a better all round profile if you use them - and it does generate direct sales from your site or links

so if your a WH business or Site - then I'd say do it ... if your pure BH then you probably don't care.

I use accesswire and have seen huge serp improvement lately by using these. Do not send too many press releases at once though, balance out your link profile.

There are a few great Press Release services here that guarantee google news placement and syndication to over 200 news outlets.

Browse a few services and choose the one that best fits your needs! :)

High quality press releases can generate some serious leads for a business!

Yup, you are right in a way thanks for the honest answer brother.

I generally wait until my site is firmly on page 2 but seems to be stuck there, then I will add PR to my next round of link building for the final push.

It is very good. and PRWEB is the no1 press release site. Some sites do provide very cheap solution

PRWeb and PRBuzz work well. Recently heard about Datsyn, thinking about giving them a 1 month trial and see how it goes. Anybodny have any experience with Datsyn?

Press releases really work best when they are actually newsworthy and not just some spam BS. Remeber that a lot of these services dont auto post to these websites, they simply send the release to the news outlets and it is up to them whether or not it gets syndicated.

You should definitely try press release distribution, if you have some thing to annouce to the people!

I wouldn't rely on press release distribution when it comes to gaining backlinks. Remember, white hat is nothing more than SEO on a user level, so PR is great for gaining traffic and possible conversions if you have something to say that is attention grabbing.

Don't bother about the "Free" distribution services as they won't do anything for you, on either a backlink or traffic level. You need a service that can wire it to the right people. Even better would be a proper press release sent to journalist and bloggers that will puff articles for you, then you start gaining links and traffic.

Press Release won't do any harm, however for it to be effective, you need to choose the PR site correctly, depending on your niche and who you want to announce news to. Another thing is the quality of info. Don't send out just minor updates through press releases. Use it for something worthy of becoming the news. You can also try to craft a good press release and submit it to bloggers or ‘experts' in your field. Additionally, register your site on various directories, submit it to StumbleUpon, Reddit, AllTop and others. It will drive more traffic to your website.

Does anyone have any recommended third party PR services? Thanks!
