Interested to know if anyone have had good positive results form the press releases that submit your article to 100+ sites.

I wonder the same thing, watching the thread. Do you think press releases would be good to promote an artist or does it mainly work for companies etc?
 
How can that be I can easily count 3 sellers im not going to name them but it’s a mistake unless their bst got locked due to non renewal For it effects links are there does it rank depends as I have mixed results in the past

one long back and one got a review copy either way it’s best to manually check them via samples and reading review
 
I used to sell these services. (don't ask me to do anything I don't do this anymore).
Most of them are all the same suppliers or if they are different then its the same sites.
Any of them are probably fine as long as the copy is decent and the sites are American and large news affiliate sites.
Unless you are paying out the big bucks you won't get your PR on a major site.

These will help increase your Do Not Follow backlink profile. Unless your topic is actually newsworthy, don't expect actual traffic from Press Releases. This is just my experience, but yours could be different.
 
Press releases are generally not going to make a difference in rankings on Google but they do help in terms of "Google Exposure" meaning that G sees it, discounts the link value but gives you a mention in your back link profile.

I'd not pay for a press release service these days from the typical services unless I needed to spread out my site in a way that G say that I was alive and in various areas but as to SEO I know there will be no uptick in rankings.
 
As @BassTrackerBoats said press release services themself do not have much direct value, however they also add validity to your site and you can add the logos and a link to help build your sites trust. Particularly helpful if you are selling something.

The question is some press release sites won't index the new pages, that maybe a waste, let's take the $99 thehoth package as example, I checked those news sites, many pages won't index, so I guess some domains have very less value along the time...spammed to dead?
