Why does Facebook ask me for money for ads in advance? I don't miss the euro or the euro and Facebook will deduct money from my account in advance.

So far, Facebook has charged advertising fees after a minute on a budget.

Yes, as usual, they charge upfront. This is nothing out of the ordinary.
