its showing as a pr7 for me but not sure why.

ok, this site is clearly fake - 10pc [.] info - it is PR9 and only 3 months old. All the checks describe here fail to identify it as fake. the point that people keep missing is that some of these fakes are so good that no one is able to prove they are fake. Yes - clearly it is becuase this site is 3 months old and PR9 which is impossbile so in this case easy to avoid but if he was more sensible and made it PR3 - no one would be able to prove or suspect it was fake and he would be earning good money selling PR3 links at about $20 a pop
