I doubt about this tool. I check the pr of blackhatworld.com and build-reciprocal-links.com are both invalid lol.

May be it solves some mystery
it has 1000+ indexed pages in google Moreover
it has 2000+ backlink in google
Okay, I see the 2k indexed pages.
I don't see any backlinks.
Many of my sites have 6k indexed pages, none of them is PR9.

If it has 1000 indexed pages ,if he is smart there will be links on each page to the home page and maybe linking to other pages this is probably why google sees 2k of links.
Pr9 in such a short time is insane,but as one of the posts says above ,it'll probably lose that in the next update and the seller probably knows it which is why he is getting shot of it.

Guys wake up. It is fake PR.
1) Do a google search with this site's full name
2) Click the small cached image in the right hand side and u will get an image.
3) It will show you the image of Grants.gov which is real PR 9

Yup this. He must have done a 301 redirect and when it got updated to match that of what he was redirecting to, he switched it back to his site. The PR will fall off real soon, hence the quick auction
