this. No follow is no follow. Sorry but you are not going to get your time back. It has been wasted.

Chill dude, I hacked and linked 5-6 PR 5 sites till now (more than 2 weeks without getting deleted.. till now) n my PR dint change yet (though i got 3 of these BLs indexed in big G already). I only came 5th in my main keyword, instead of being on the second page...
P.S. I still wonder how these ranking things works.. May be some of the senior guys here could answer it...

This is the big problem these days. People don't understand that PR isn't passed overnight like it used to be. google's implemented some new "rules" in gauging link quality and the value that is passed along. My guess is that they do this so that link services appear "ineffective", and thus people cancel services and give up on SEO altogether.
With my websites I'm seeing the best results 4+ weeks after building links, especially high Pagerank links.
The real deal is that if you buy links these days you need to give it time for that link value to be passed along.

It does take a while but you might double check that it is a real PR 7 and not a faked one that didn't hold it's PR.

no-follow links won't pass a PR weight for your website. If you are looking for high PR do-follow links you can check linksmanagement

Isn't that a contradiction? Natural link portfolio and only on +4pr pages. Using only high pr pages is anything but natural.

since it is no follow, you are not received with any link juice,, all you can get is some additional traffic,,
