Hey 20.000 is a lot money. You pay dedicated servers? How much have you been investing all along, design, work hours, content, programming, and hosting costs.

Sum all costs up on all those years, and then subtract the offer.

And please tell us you earnings!
 
sell monthly spot on it for 50 $ and u said that many inner pages are p7 .sell on them too for a lower price..u can take big advantage of it . acc. to me it would be a better option that selling on flippa.
 
For sure check out flippa, also I would suggest that you put a description out there on a few sites the specialize in selling websites and see what kind of offers you receive might help you ballpark it a bit better.

Agree with DS.
You have 50 PR7 inner pages: 10 links @ $50/month = $500 per month per page. If you have 50 inner pages at PR7 -> $25,000/month
Now, the PR8 page with 10 links at $200/month is another $2000.
You could sell at 3-4 month of revenue = $80K-$100K

Of course, if you want to let it go for $20K so fast to someone else, I'm offering $22K...

$20K? Wow you probably could have got more than that. But congrats man! Spend the money wisely and double/triple it :)
 
with so many people get up in rankings, i wonder if google changed also (from percentage point of view) how much site fals into some pr category

perhaps pr 5 aint worth as much as it was 1 year ago
