PR (Press release) aggregation question

Sup BHW, been learning a lot here and would like to ask a question about something I need help with;

I'm looking to aggregate world wide PRs in the technological medical niche, can anyone guide me to into the right path showing me scrapable sites who collect all PRs or a method of collecting all these PRs myself.
Even a list of all PR services, PR agencies etc world wide would be great.
