Worked with OP multiple times in the past and was happy to do a deep dive review on his new PR Release service.

To start off, his BST Info-graphic, it was nice and condensed, a lot smaller then most of the Press release BST.
To me, that's a plus, it's goes straight to the info, and doesn't have alot of random fluff.
The BST also has an FAQ, which covers common questions that potential buyers (me) would want to know.
After all, I don't like reading info-graphics, I usually browse right to the bottom and read the FAQs first before skimping through the info-graphic afterwards to spot key things I want to know.

Communication
Communication was as expected and OP has always been patient and professional. He would go into lengths to explain or clarify things if there any misunderstandings or issues.
You should also expect top tier professional with AIM.

The report was delivered via MediaFire and as an PDF file.
Inside the PDF file, there is an link to EXCEL file that contains the actual links as well.

I was able to verify that the sites and urls mentioned in the report did make it into Google News & are indexed.

Turnaround Time: ~20 days give or take. For me, this is perfectly fine and very reasonable.

What I also like
OP also included an SEO analysis on the site I provided. This analysis was not a huge info-graphic of crap like slapping on an PGI/GMX test
but actual useful information. What's rankings, what's not. Keywords to focus on etc

I saw some reputable media outlets in the report, the quality of the press release content was readable and did not seem to be scrapped nor AI'ed written.

Personally, price range wise, this is value for money, a lot cheaper than the competition but without losing any of the quality you would expect.
