Hello I came across someone selling old deactivated or deleted blogspot blogs
The blogs were sometimes up to 2 years old and some were as high as PR7
My first question is how did they find them and my second question is once they did how did they reactivate them?

there are many expired domains in market with high PR, such high PR blogs can be hied and altered according to one's need
