It has some fake pr 10 backlinks aswell. dealeisure com for example
Lolz... dealeisure.com is not even hosted... and it has got PR10... I think google Page Rank giving device is malfunctioning.... Got to call Matt Cutts and tell him to repair it soon.

now the info:http://www.hotbusinessesonline.info/ on google shows the site. If it was a 301 it wouldn't show the site itself, so how is this being pulled off?

I don't know, I don't have any experiences with it.
Sometimes the redirect will show up in archive.org, sometimes other websites will have a copy of the real site cached, like the ones that do those values or seo pages on every site. Sometimes openexplorer.org will pick it up.

His downfall is getting PR10, instead of something more realistic, as we all know straight away that it's fake.
Although, this is probably not a concern of his, as people have already stated, someone will buy it for a lotta money.

You can use a HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently to fake a PR. It's quite easy. Then, on the next line, you 301 to the real site. Google will check the PR of the first header, but your browser will display the content of the site on the second link.
Common trick for selling websites, I don't sell websites, but I always check for the tag when I buy sites.

Solved this a long long time ago:
you can just buy high PR domains from sites like godaddy auction, namejet, dynadot or freshdrop.net. They're not genuine.
