Everyone is saying its redirected, but from where? Even google is pr 9 now according to this thread. I sure as hell do not believe this is a PR 10 but even info:domain is showing it which would be the first clear indicator that its redirected.

when i test the site on a few PR checkers (seobench and web forret), it doesnt show a ranking but comes up with "blogflux". What does this mean?

After Website A gets a PR update of 10, he changes the 301 redirect from Website A and points it to Website B (http://www.hotbusinessesonline.info)

If this works, it would be a lot harder to find any traces of a Fake PR

This is what the PR 10 guy and a lot other are doing.
In a nutshell:

301 a site to facebook > let Google pick it up and give it pagerank > remove the redirect > sell the domain before the next PR update.

And need I say, this is FRAUD, not Black hatting.

This site is not even PR0, not even PR N/A, what you're seeing is a bug, but if it's forced OR not I can't say either.

Yes,this is fake as u say site is only 4 months old. It is not possible to have PR 10.
