because when knowledge comes, accounts got banned in testing process, so i believe he has something to make it happen but keep in mind if someone is offering JV that means there is risk to get banned and good partners always communicate about this..

From where You get that We don`t own any account? I`m doing this to Scale up things and make money faster!
You should have some proof or anything before You call someone Scammer!

just move on people. This one is not worth the risk, especially if you have to fund the account.
