What is a good PPD site like Sharecash or Cleanfiles that host files larger than 500mb (0.5GB) ?

Why don't you host your files on solidfiles or zippyshare or any other file hoster and lock them with a password you place on a PPD website?

Zippyshare is not a pay per download site, Zippyshare is a free upload website, like mediafire. You can upload passworded big files on sites such as zippyshare and mediafire and put a notice in the archive about the location of the archive's password. You can upload a txt file containing a password on any PPD site, promote your product for as long as you can and wait until download starts to flow. I don't think there are PPD/PTU websites that host files larger than 0.50 GB (well, excepting megaupload, and everybody know how that ended). And here's the moment where the passworded archives come in to play :D

Nice one!, my friend told me about uploaded.net ? Any info about that site? Thanks

I don't know anything about uploaded.net, I didn't work with them till now. From my point of view, it doesn't really matter what website do you use, as long as they look professional and trustful, provide decent transfer speed and they weren't abuse in the past with fake/crap files. People want to download fast what they need, and they don't trust websites from where they downloaded various files and didn't work (even though is not the website's direct responsibility for what its users upload).
If you have some spare cash, you can rent a seedbox and upload your files there, providing directly the torrent file. This way you are completely sure that the file won't be deleted until you manually and intentionally do so. Any method you use, try to use websites that are near the population you target. By example, if you offer stuff for US, it wouldn't be wise to use a website from very far away, because the download speed would drop and download interruptions are more likely to appear. Same thing with seedboxes, most of seedbox providers specify where are the seedboxes located.
