I ran an ad campaign on facebook promoting one of my pages recently. I ended up paying around $0.43 per click when campaign was over. I did not run this campaign for profit but, it occurred to me that had I been running ads with an affiliate link that paid more than $0.43 per click I would have made money.

So my question:

Are there any PPC affiliate programs out there that pay more than $0.43 per click or is that higher than I'm ever going to find?

Is this even a decent strategy? Is there something to it I'm overlooking?

Thanks in advance, I'm a noob with making any kind of money online.

Did you press that blue button that says 'Boost Post' or did you target your ads properly?
If you did use that blue button - never ever use it again.

Why? I just started my first ad through it.

Whenever you boost anything on facebook, always use the facebook ad manager. From there you're able to select the audience/demographic/interest/etc. and really fine tune who and what sees your ad at what cost and how you want to pay.

My advice is to research on how to utilize the facebook ad manager or just simply play around with it.

The blue button is there as a 'boost your post to anyone' button.

This is how all marketers make money with paid traffic.. you buy traffic cheaply over 'here' and sell it over 'here' for more than you bought it for. Whether you're doing ecom, cpa, or even google adsense... basic human principal that has worked for eternity... buy low, sell high.

All of us were a noob at one point, so keep working hard and do a lot of research. You will figure it out soon.
