PPC Management / Product List?

Anyone have a good review of any PPC management software?

I have an old copy of SpeedPPC but it's a bit outdated and it looks like they're strictly an online service now vs. a fat client.

I like the ability to generate different ad group focusing on the initial keyword set, then dynamically creating the ads and of course the click-through URL for tracking.

Any feedback would be great.
