hey dude, I am also trying to do PPC for CPA offers...

does adbrite allow direct linking? I tried with adwords and didnt see much success in conversions, but the traffic was crazy. I thought maybe my LP sucked. I also ran banner ads.

how do you do your campaigns usually to see high conversions? and $0.6/1000 impressions is quite cheap...i ran mine on $0.01/click, but it was only my first campaign.

Well my dead line is coming up and here's where I'm at:

I've gone about this the wrong way. My goal was all about the money, and PPC seemed like the quickest way to get there. I've realized now that it'd completely unsustainable. The game changes so fast and you have to be constantly tweaking and funding your campaigns. It's constant WORK and a long way from being scalable and 'autopilot'.

Im not doing any PPC at all these days and dont feel the slightest bit of disappointment or failure. Right now I'm working on a startup - a membership site unrelated to IM. Building a real business is much more satisfying and purposeful, and I hope it'll have a much bigger future than a 'job' in PPC would.

tl;dr I've scrapped PPC to build a real business.

When you find the keywords that bring you some consistent sales, check the first 5 webpages in the Google search results. Approach the webmasters about placing a banner on their websites.
