PPC CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Hello I am looking for a PPC expert who can do the following mentioned below :
1- Someone who has google adwords accounts.
2- Someone who can design and manage landing pages(money and safe page.)
3- Someone who can generate me Inbound calls from USA targeting old citizens.


I am not selling any product, so I don't really care what landing pages you are creating. My main purpose is to get inbound calls as per my requirements.
You need to generate me this inbound calls from Monday to Friday.( 6 pm to 2 am) Indian Time.
So basically I will just provide you with my TFN everyday and you need to have all setup and generate me inbound calls.
