I wonder how this will work . Like will paypal automatically send money to our bank account or we manually have to withdraw it .Either ways it sucks !
I dont know what these senior level shits think.. I will never vote again for congress..
Tunisia -> Egypt -> India?
I see government change anytime soon
Fuck them. Don't get them to oppress you!
I am not surprised that China - country that was 6-7 years on same level as India is now 3x bigger economy. And thats with communism!
Make your company's grow and when time is right simply move to Singapore or similar business friendly place. Don't pay taxes that will sponsor this greedy idiots! Register your business somewhere else, open business account and accept money there! Plus tax free
Also they will charge you if you withdraw less than 7000 INR ! what a mess they have created
we should all gather and boycott paypal
and spread the same words not to use paypal.
alertpay works the same way.
Soltution :Starting 1 March, 2011, PayPal customers in India will not be allowed to receive payments for any export-related goods or services for an amount exceeding US$500 per transaction. This change is to ensure that we continue to comply with the RBI Guidelines.
I am really happy with this action.Starting 1 March, 2011, PayPal customers in India will not be able to keep money in their PayPal account balance. Instead, all money received into a PayPal account must be transferred to a customer's India bank account within 7 days from the receipt of confirmation from the buyer in respect of the good or services. This change is to ensure that we continue to comply with the RBI Guidelines.
you are wrong. the RBI policies have been around since 2004. the fact that there is a 7 days restriction is that if paypal holds the money more than 7 days, they have to pay the interest to us, and should function like a bank with strict rules. as for the $500 limit, anything over $500 cashflow to india needs to be regulated. and paypal do not need that to happen. hence these stupid excuses. never blame someone without having the facts
Interest rate is a good reason..
But the limit of $500 is a wrong number.
it is 50,000 INR which is monitored for cash flow.
U live in India ? U know how many problems RBI has except to solve this Petty Paypal issues.
RBI does a few fair job ,but it wastes in energy rather saving to fight against swiss bank menace.
