PowerMTA bulk email sending questions

I've tried many of them over the years, but most don’t seem to like the 'Make Money Online' niche. You have to keep things more generic when writing swipes.
By the way, are you from Germany? You've mentioned it a few times already.
When it comes to budget, it’s consistent in the range of $10K–$15K per month, so there’s room for various experiments.
Definitely, I would consider trying something like this. Do you have any recommendations for someone skilled at setting up PMTA with an email client?
By the way, you didn’t mention MailWizz any particular reason?
Btw, I am doing a mix of all of that, Sendgrid, Amazon and a couple of /24s with PMTA and in the future KomuMTA and mostly use a customized Sendy version and AtomicMailer. I used SSE Enterprise for 15 years but then finally my disk crashed and the key wasnt working anymore.
Exactly, that’s my thought as well. I’m looking to build a parallel system to step up my game even more, so thank you for your input!

I don't have issues with Sendgrid and Amazon with that niche.

In this case, buy a couple of /24 or /23 - you won't regret it.
I don't need anybody since I did one config for the autopmta and use it just forever. PMTA 5.0 is pretty simple with the configs. But I wouldn't recommend PMTA, use KumoMTA. PMTA sucks with the mx server rollup, KumoMTA is automatic rollup (putting all domains under the same mx into the same group), and better config options everywehre. KumoMTA is basically the new PMTA.
I modified Sendy heavily over the years. I never bothered trying MailWizz but it's bloated. I need simple functionality. The problem with all these php applications are large lists. I used IEM a long time and it was a nightmare to get like 20x campaigns with each 100k subscribers started, always time outs and so on, even with modified the sql config and buying the most expensive servers. If you have the budget, get a C/C++ coder and build something like AtomicMailer for 2-3k, or just use AtomicMailer

May I ask a few more things on this topic?
What’s your strategy for warming up such a mailing setup when using multiple IPs? Does each IP have its own domain, or how does it work?
Are you mixing all the IPs for the same swipe, or do you dedicate a specific IP for each email campaign?
Also, how do you monitor their health to give them a break if needed and prevent them from getting blacklisted?

I only use confirmed opt-in email addresses for red tape email domains like Gmail and Hotmail so the users actually beg for the emails I sent to them. I recommend keeping Gmail/Hotmail email addresses under 5% of your entire list.
I don't use any warmup for the main campaigns they are getting (like 20-30 auto responder type of mails) as the users are doing the warm up themselves, receiving the emails without clicking "mark as spam" or clicking "not spam". I cycle the IPs, so these organic warmed up IPs are later used for more spammy campaigns. It works pretty good, but Google still temporary long term bans a lot.
For GMX/Web.de I dont have a warm up tool now but I think there is a tool in developement right now which could do the job.
The only blacklist that matters is Spamhaus and CSS is the most annoying. The 3rd party spam trap feeders they are using are just buying old domains and accounts and then using them as spam traps. One day your list is legit and spam trap free and next day this fucking 3rd party company which feeds Spamhaus says you send spam because they bought an expired domain/account. It's ridiculous. Okay, CSS is also affected by IP "health", but this is determined how many times you hit one of those newly created spam traps. And so on.

An idea: Ask an AI to create a config. Maybe it's possible to give an AI the documentation and example configs of KumoMTA and it can create the configs.

So you mean only gmail and hotmail are red tape domains, which means will block your sending domain/ip?
Others like gmx/icloud doesn't have these kind of issue?

Gmail is very difficult. Google hate email marketers because Google is making money with search results.
A big criteria for Gmail is spam ratio. I wrote about it somewhere else, but you need to basically have it at 0.1% (or a bit higher, but that's the goal). That's 1 guy clicking "marked as spam" from 1000 openers. You can counter that by having thousands of warmup gmail accounts until you can't counter it because you have too many Gmail email addresses you want to send to.
Btw, I never had0.1% spam ratio, it's impossible. The times I used Google's "FBL" (it's not a real FBL) the ratio was like 0.5% and increased every campaign. And that's with users who want the email! After I warm up the IPs with transactional emails, I usually send campaigns with "reply to me" (same domain/IP) and heavily randomize content and fake being email provider and very low amounts per IP. The more the entire campaign doesn't look like a campaign, the better the results get.
Some other examples:
Hotmail is much friendlier. You actually can talk to a real person if you own your IPs and they are blocked or whatever. Also the FBL/SDNS is working and can help clean your lists.
Gmx uses hardcore throttling on delivery and has expurgate anti-spam company, which is on par with Gmail anti-spam but Gmx at least does not block IPs (very rarely and it's manually) so you basically always get into the junk at least unless your IP is blacklisted by some 3rd pary providers (Spamhaus, Spamcop, etc).

powermta works well if everything’s set up right – spf, dkim, proper warmup… otherwise it hits spam fast. used it before, solid results when done right.

PowerMTA can work great if you warm up your IPs slowly and set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC right. But inboxing a million emails isn't just about the tool, it's all about your sender rep and list quality. If your emails look spammy or the list isn’t clean, most will hit junk. Start small, monitor results, then scale.

Btw I noticed that a ip is already in the spamhaus blacklist but it can still deliever mail to gmail spam folder

No , in my case AI doesn't work well for kumomta, i suggest start from reading the guide from kumomta website, it tooks me around 5 days to setup my vps with 10 Ips, which i think worth the efforts, and still there are lots of things need to figure out though, I may need to create a script to filter out Ip block error/bounced mail warning etc on a daily bases
