PowerMTA bulk email sending questions

Hello there,

I have purchased a VPS with 25 ports open, along with a domain and PowerMTA files.

I am considering setting up an SMTP server using PowerMTA because I've heard it's very effective and can successfully deliver inbox emails to all domains. This is crucial for my project, where I intend to send 1 million filtered emails.

Has anyone here tried using PowerMTA for bulk email sending? Could you please share your experience, any challenges you encountered, and whether it reliably delivers emails to all domains' inboxes?

PowerMTA can send a lot of emails the limitations are from VPS (RAM. CPU, HDD, internet connection).

I have PowerMTA5.0r6 version what do you think bruh?
Did you ever used powermta? what was your experience with it? did you send inbox?
 
its an old version
latest i thinks is now somewhere in 5.5r3 or more
you can start with it and learn it - master it
 
Lastest is 6.0 actually after that mailerQ came out with more advanced features sparkpost stopped its support and updates on PMTA.

You'll need an EMS like Mumara, Mailwizz...to manage your email campaigns and lists....

Installing PMTA is only the first step, you'll need to configure it properly
 
PowerMTA will only send email in Fast Speed
Reaching inbox will depend on many other factors
Plus some other CRM is required to Create campaigns and mange emails list
 
that I know is the latest are:
PowerMTA 5.5r6
and
MailerQ 5.14.4
 
PowerMTA 6.0r2

On 03 January 2025, PowerMTA 6.0r2 was released.

what powermta version do you have?
 
Yup I am also looking for 5.5r6. Kindly share if you can.
