powerlikes still work?

I am wondering if buying powerlikes from a smm pannel is still an effective way to reach the explore page? I have a very niche specific photography account and i am wondering if this would be effective way to grow my account. Thanks!

i believe it will make your page looks good but i think instagram will be able to read that you are doing spam and it will lower your trust score and will never help you to rank your posts in explore

I would not buy from a panel, your better off buying from a dedicated seller. The powerlikes will only be as good as your content. Are you getting good engagement rates as is?

What do you mean with "dedicated seller"? Where is possible to find these sellers?
