Pow!Wow! Niche site in 24 hours

Go for high value item, $75+. Avoid the electronics niches as they tend to pay lower commission. As I'm based in the UK I cannot actually (without tools) see the US SERP results for "best standing desk". Anyway, lets not complicate this with keyword research "blah blah"....let go for this niche.

LMAO..."Let's not complicate this with keyword research"....That's is PURE COMEDY!

You do realize that kwd research is how you find REAL BAIT to go "serp fishing" don't you? Anything else is like throwing a loaf of bread into the pond and then reeling in a hook in the "hope" that you might snag something! LMAO...

Hey it's certainly nice of you to show newbies that they can get content written for a site and get it up and running asap, but that's about the only thing you're doing here. That kwd is anything but easy. In fact BOTH the ones you mentioned above are fairly difficult. You may somehow rank for some obscure longtail version of it but it's doubtful. Not being an asshole and won't do anything to your domain. Just saying this would have been a LOT MORE USEFUL to newbies if you had taken an easy kwd and actually ranked it.

Good luck with whatever you're trying to accomplish here...

He is right. With this speed you will have a good site ready that can be flipped over flippa for some good bucks but for ranking the keyword that you picked is not that easy. Actually its bit tuff and no newbie can crack those exact words.

Also keyword research is a backbone of your site if not done right it can easily break your whole project. Suggestions reevaluate your research part again.

Cheers

I am first glad that you are willing to give back to the forum that has shaped to whom you are today. t is infact the best way that we can be handling things. When you freely receive, do freely give too. I am also following your guide so that I may end up with something good and similar ton who you are today. Kindly keep us posted.

I am following and learning from this thread. Keep on going, please. Thanks.

In the spirit of this thread ... XxUnivaxX, would you mind offering some insight into your keyword research strategies?

Even though it would've been better if you actually ranked some doable keywords, I do enjoy this thread and it has given me the motivation I needed to just begin and see what happens. Thanks!

There are a lot many guides over BHW and Internet that will give you a basic idea of what you should look into a keyword.
Take example from hekke, splishsplash, Nick Flame and many more.

Here's a simple snapshot
OP picked a keyword which has many big sites already ranking over it and it would be difficult for any newbie to rank for that keyword. Instead he should have spent a bit of time and picked a smaller one like "best bunk bed mattress" if you look on top 10 results you will find amazon, ebay, weebly, and a niche site and these can be dominated. (Its just my thoughts everyone has a different perspective and his own methods)

Cheers

100% agree. This is not the easiest niche :) This would be an impossible niche/keyword for most niche site owners to crack. The idea though was to see how quickly I could get a site up and running.

As you say though, the keyword research bit is the most important. I'll get this one finished anyway and look at another.

No KW research? You must really be confident in your seo skills. Anyway goodluck on your journey.

I have yet to officially start building rank & bank affiliate sites which I will be doing soon! I will also make a thread of my journey and show the forum exactly how I rank them.

BTW i think you still have a very easy chance of ranking this site to at least #2 for that keyword although in my opinion it is not worth the time at such a low search volume.

Okay. So added another product review (2 in total now). The home page buying guide also just got delivered. Quite impressed with quality to be honest, you can see the difference between the "Standard" and "Premium" writers. Had to reject a lot of the product reviews (I used "Standard" writers for these). Add the homepage content with a few mages and links to the 2 product reviews. No affiliate links added yet.

Well you did got a site up and running in 24 hours. Let's see if you can pull some money from the site or not :) Good luck man.

great journey... people dont fucking read.. he never say he is gonna rank and bank with this, he just want to prove to the newbies how easy it is to create a site from zero to something that you can work on, in less than 24 hours... jezz

Cheers for this mate! it's basically the same as what I'm trying to do but keep getting confused with certain things. Keep us updated pal
