Yeah there’s no set amount I know people who post 8-10 times a day. It’s what people then do that matters
You should focus on the content not the number of the video you post and the niches and algorithm is important as it attracts audience hence there isn't a set amount if you have alot of time then you can upload 3-4 video by making a great and popular niches video.

We are working with agencies who are posting 8 times per day using trial reels feature. Instagram wants you to post more as long as the quality is good.

4 posts a day is fine if each one offers real value .The main thing is to focus on quality rather than volume. If people find the posts useful & engaging the frequency shouldn't be a major issue
4 posts per day should be perfectly fine imo, but only if you don’t compromise the quality of the posts while doing so. u can test this schedule for two week to see how the statistics turn out.
i feel that 4 posts per day can certainly work for u if u are not compromising on the quality just to reach that number.the key here would be not to post posts which are similar in nature one after another, as it may end up making ur posts compete with each other. leave some time gap between the postings nd measure the reach, engagement nd rettention over a span of a week or two.

You should focus on quality not quantity. If quality is good then posting 4 times per day is ok.

You can post 4x a day, but the content shouldn't feel repetitive and keep posting at different times, apart from each post.

Reach per post will probably drop some, but total reach across the account usually goes up if the quality is there. Just make sure you alternate between reels and normal posts instead of doing the exact same thing four times, otherwise they just fight each other in the feed. Spread them out through the day and you should be fine unless you see your engagement starting to drop off

There's no specific number of posts you can make each day; it depends on your personal preference. The main thing is to maintain consistency across your account.

I wouldn't post more than once a day. The longer you leave up a post the more time people will have to engage with it. So you're minimizing your post engagement by only leaving each post up for a few hours before the next post goes up. Quality of content is more important than how many times you post

4 posts a day can work if the content is good. I’d test it for a few weeks and watch reach and engagement to see if your audience responds well.

You can post 4x a day if each post actually offers value. I don’t think the frequency itself is the main problem. The issue is for people who post filler just to hit a quota but end up hurting their engagement. It's best to post 2x to 4x a day for a few weeks and watch impressions, engagement rate, and whether each post gets enough time to circulate. If the numbers stay healthy, there’s no reason to reduce the frequency.
