I’ve had no problem doing 7–10 posts per day personally. It gives you more shots at finding a winner, especially with Reels, as long as you can maintain decent quality.

Reach and engagement both will definately suffer with Posting 4x a day, Start with 1 a day, See how its performing and increase to max 2 a day, That is more than enough.

Yes if the posts are high quality and engaging posting 4 times a day is perfectly fine. Just make sure the content is not repetitive otherwise it may affect your reach. Quality and consistency are the most important.
