I use automation as I can't stand to sit on FB for any period of time.

No, you can get a ton of traffic without bumping.
I shared above the 4 elements you need to have working.

OH OP wtf are these questions, seems like you never actually did this method ...
1. Post good content related to the group or some clickbait BS
2. Bump the post, by commenting on it from the same profile you posted it or from another saying "Great", "Wow" etc.
3. Traffic = $$$

I shared posts without pumbing. Maybe I have bad groups? How to find good groups? Which groups are better 10k or 100k? Public or closed? I really dont understand why i dont get traffic, because I shared nice post to groups. But when i posted video from my fanpage i got 50-100 new members for my fanpage.

You need to go do some research about fb group posting. Nobody ain't gonna spoon feed.

The amount of bots (and marketers who NEVER reads any of the content but just post) on those "big" groups is staggering. They are the main reason why your conversion rate is so low.
@BassTrackerBoats is also correct: offer value. That will make you stand out from the crowd and videos of people showing off cash saying "type INFO if you want to learn how I made $xxx,xxx in xx days"... a daily reminder to WSOs.

It's not dead at all. If you're aiming for 50k+ 100k+ public groups then yes they're all dead. 70% of those are bots and marketers, your post have .001% of reaching a real user news feed because daily those groups are spammed with thousands of "click here instant PaPal Monkey Generator" and such.
It's better if you target groups related to your page/website, interact with them, even when you're sharing your page post to the group, take time to write a reasonable/funny caption. Just sharing your page post looks fishy as hell, not to mention you're gonna share multiple times.
Group posting is super hard these days because FB has a very nice algo against spam, and group admins are fully aware of spammers, they can smell them miles away... But it's still profitable if you could pass all the obstacles.

Facebook Spamming isn't dead it's just tougher. If you are posting in 100k groups you are not going to get jewels. They are spammy that is why they are 100k

to my website from posting one post to 37 fb groups. How often I must do bumping on my posts on groups? If I will 1000 times commenting and deleting it will be too suspicion for fb.

I am having the same problem, if I post to groups I can only see the post with the account I posted it with. It is not seen by my other accounts that are in the same group. and I don't get any traffic to my website.
If a group has more spam post then it will have less visibly to the users. But if you go for quality group you can’t post spam image or links. So every post you share on group it needs to have some value.
Now the question is what your r promoting if it is for adsence site with general article you will not get good CTR. But if you post some viral content you will get good CTR
Now the question is if you able to post valuable viral content to the group where you don’t see any spam links or bumped post
If you believe it or not i have boosted a post which is 100% clickbait. From just 2000 reach i got 300 post like but not even one click to my site. How come a real user can able to like post without see the post content. I am seeing something fishing on FB ads also
