Posting the same article to 1000's directories - good for backlinks or not?

The name of this thread says it.

If you submit one article to multiple article directories with backlink to your site - will ALL of these backlinks be counted by google as regular niche-related backlink?

I have seen both positive and negative answers - what is the truth? :)

They won't get accepted because every article directory checks if it is unique.
 
LukaB - that is BS. Only a few checks for its uniqueness. I did not see a great impact when I was trying to send the same articles to a lot of sitesm, but not because they were not accepted.

Are you sure about it? I know big directories like ezine check for uniqueness, but what about lets say other 800 smaller players?
 
That's really not a good strategy at all... spin the articles/titles/resource boxes before submitting them and you'll get a much better result.

So why are people using article submission software to post articles to dozens different directories? Isnt it better to choose just one big directory and submit spinned articles only there?

No, because that's multiple links from the same site, it's better to get links from a variety of different sites.
 
you can do that absolutely, the reason that you sipn it is just to prevent google not indexing the article because of duplicate filter

the traditional article marketing is to produce a link bait, put your article and wait for webmaster to use it on their sites, so are they duplicate? yes! Is this strategy useful? Yes!

also think about press release, you are simply sending out the same article everywhere

does it work? yes again!

the origin of article marketing is about "syndication"

but for quickly and effectively submit to a large number of directories to gain links in short time, spinning is a thing you should do, but is definitely not a must

just understand that some directories wants unique content, some just don't care
 
You'll have to spin the hell of the article.
But be careful to not make it a unreadable mess.
It's possible, but not recommended

But if i want articles actually only for backlinks, "syndication" seems to be useless because of this duplicity filter!

Cause if google doesnt index my article on other sites because of duplicity, the backlinks from these other sites will not count at all...or am i wrong?

Google generally will not index all of the articles if they are all duplicate content and you will not get teh backlinks that you want.

Pick up a copy of The Best Spinner and just have at it.
 
Also it is good when you spin submit it and use "different author names". So, you could have 20 authors (or more) and submit 400 spun versions. "1" author spewing the same thing in different words looks fishy..

ask yourself does 1 politician saying the same thing in 20 different ways make you believe him or does 20 people saying the same thing in different context sound more believable. That's how it is with TV media.
Watch how many people report on LBJ going back to Cleveland and see how they spin it on sports channel.

Hi BassTrackerBoats,

I got spinnerchief recently and tried spinning my first article.

I spun it pretty well, (75% uniquness - Spinnerchief rating), but it took me a frickin age to do!

Is the best spinner faster and easier to use? Spinnerchief wasn't hard to use or anything, but it was just ridiculously long and tedious to spin with.

Any advice on making life easier when spinning? Other than perhaps outsourcing...

I use AMR for my article submissions, and spinning author names would be a really useful addition to an already great bit of software.

Unless it does this already....?

It could spin author names on account creation! That would be awesome.

Btw, LBJ going back to cleveland??? I'm gonna have to check that story out! I wonder if the city would even welcome him back!

The Best Spinner has an automatic spin feature so you do not have to go word by word to spin it. You can get that to give you the necessary uniqueness in just seconds.

It will also spit out articles for you after the spinning is done. As to spinning tools, it is the best out there hands down. In fact I like it so much I use that for my clients on my SEO web site.
