I plan on posting events to a blog of mine that are local to my city. Since there really isn't a way to make this content unique, I'm going to simply copy and paste it.
I was doing a little research and found that if I use the tag, "<link href="http://www.example.com/canonical-version-of-page/" rel="canonical" />" with the example link leading back to the original page where I found the event, I should be good and won't get penalized with duplicate content, correct?
Is there any better way to go about marking these blog posts as, "not to be indexed."
