So in Its newest update, Instagram now allows to post a photo from mobile web browser (not computers) but with some chrome extension we can bypass that.
1) Download User-Agent Switcher for Chrome :
chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/user-agent-switcher-for-c/djflhoibgkdhkhhcedjiklpkjnoahfmg
2) open a new tab in chrome, click on the newly installed extension then click Android>Android kitkat
3)login to your instagram account from that tab. you can see at the bottom bar there is a camera picture. now just click on that and upload a new image.
