Well.. You can buy them from stores prepaids for a couple $, but if you ooking to bulk buy from US they might be expensive since someone would have to go into the store and get them and supply you lol.
Usually any VCC will work to verify stuff, dont know what are you exactly trying to verify tho..

Many services don’t accept prepaid cards, like Paypal and Bing ads that only accept postpaid cards for verification

I have not found another way then Bank Of America. Contacted an old friend, he helped me out. Took less time and stopped the frustration. Would love to know if it is possible tho.

there is a service that advertises here on Blackhatworld. I havent bought yet so I cant say if its any good but after opening a ticket it seems they charge 6dollar+14f% free for reloads. banner probably shows if u search for vcc ...

This is very difficult process. I dont think this will work well, so it is better to research more about it.
