Post old articles in a blog, will take as copy?help!

Here is the thing, I'm doing a landing page for an online magazine. It will be in Spanish.
and I want to start the magazine with some articles already uploaded in the magazine, so that it doesn't look very incomplete. The new material is being written by writers and bloggers, these articles are new and exclusive to me.
To fill with old articles, I will look for old articles from other magazines.

I recommend that you translate the blog manually, don't use the Google Translator. If you don't have the knowledge, you can pay someone to do it.

any old articles that you got , put them thu copyscape if there not found there ok to use .

if your really clever use Copyscape readable spinner to make more articles from the 1 .
