Post Great Ways to Drive Manual Traffic

What are some of the ways you drive manual targeted traffic to your site?
The key here is TARGETED - meaning users who will actually enjoy your site. Traffic wise, one good targeted link is worth so much more then 1000 random backlinks

1. Blog Commenting on biggest sites within my Niche
2. Facebook page comments
3. Twitter @mentions
4. Yahoo Answers
5. Youtube video comments

Building niche specific Twitter accounts beats mentions I think. If you can build a nice sized following, then the people are likely to follow your links.

I'm exploring ways to leverage Pinterest right now. I need to scale it up and bring some weight to bear on it. A single account isn't doing much right now.
