Possibly Scammed by youngturkservices

I recently bought (one day ago) 10 PVA aged (1-month-old) Instagram accounts from @youngturkbala.

Those accounts were not PVA and I all account got deleted after some seconds, puff. No blocking or anything just deleted.
When I contacted them on Skype, No reply.

So, was I scammed or is this what usually happens when you buy Instagram accounts?

@TimelordHarry . In My Indian PayPal not attached Valid Credit Card, so only still refund not done my side. do u accept Bitcoin or Some Other way get Payment. is better.. In Instagram Fast to deleted i agreed to Refund...

I don't have the Skype logs anymore, but I still have the spreadsheet of accounts he sent me and none of them work

Never got a refund/replacement or anything. I just blocked him and moved on.
