Possible to Export DMs to Excel/Txt/Etc?

Hey Everyone,

Is it possible to export my DMs out of Instagram to Excel, a Txt file or otherwise?

I have many email addresses in 50+ DMs and would love to export them if possible.

Thanks in advance for any responses

I am very interested in this, and in accordance with BHW's rules and regulations, I would very much be open to paying good money if someone can help me with this
